The site is a work in progress. Material will be added from time to time, and changes may be made without notice. As of March, 2009, I have removed all of the material that was on the site in its preliminary version. All of that material is available on this new reorganized site, and I am continuing to add material (see the chronological list of additions and modifications to the site).
